Taught by a certified third degree Black Belt Instructor, our women’s fitness program incorporates aerobic, strength training, and body toning techniques for overall physical fitness.

-No experience is necessary
-No physical contact
-No Belts or Uniforms required

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and be ready to sweat.  

Class schedule: 
 Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am-10:00 am
